We conduct our certification activities in a professional, competent and impartial manner in order to give confidence to all interested parties; our decisions are objective, free of bias and not affected, influenced or corrupted in any way by integrity, competence, self-interest, subjectivity, familiarity, intimidation, discrimination and financial threats.

We try to integrate the highest standards of integrity and ethical commitment in our auditing activities to prevent possible conflicts of interest and to guarantee objective non-discriminative results through the implementation of a dedicated compliance program and specific measures such as: usage of qualified and continuously trained personnel, periodical risk analysis and assessment of threats to impartiality from internal and external factors and monitoring by an independent committee of impartiality.

We do not provide consultancy services and/or internal audit services, advise or consult our clients on how to address non-conformities, suggest consultancy organizations, provide specific advice or specific training.
